Features and Advantages

It has high crosslinking density, excellent bonding strength, heat resistance and chemical resistance. Weak acid and alkali resistance, decomposition in case of strong acid, corrosion in case of strong alkali. Insoluble in water, soluble in acetone, alcohol and other organic solvents

It is widely used in electronic copper clad laminates, electronic laminates, heat-resistant adhesives, composites, high-temperature coatings, civil engineering and electronic inks.
