T-31 is a Phenalkamine curing agent produced by the reaction of phenol, formaldehyde, and ethylenediamine.

It has the properties of extremely fast curing speed, strong adhesion, and low price, etc. Mainly used for marine coatings, heavy anticorrosion, storage tanks, pipelines,

steel structures, and other coatings
